Google Algorithm Update This Weekend Is Off The Charts

There is yet another Google search algorithm ranking update that seems to be going on – it touched down yesterday, Saturday May 22nd. The tracking tools are off the charts, all of them, showing changes in the Google Search results that I have not seen before in a long time. This is at the levels of a core update or the old Penguin and Panda updates.

Samsung launches software update to turn older Galaxy phones into IoT devices

Samsung said on Wednesday it has launched a new software update that will allow consumers to convert their older Galaxy smartphones to various types of IoT devices.

Called Galaxy Upcycling at Home, it is an expansion of its Galaxy Upcycling program and is aimed at giving new life to older devices. 

Currently in beta, Galaxy Upcycling at Home will be available in South Korea, the US, and the UK first. The company said it would research usage in the three countries and support technical verification, then provide the service to additional countries at a later time.

Google Page Experience Algorithm Update Launching in Mid-June

Google is pushing back the launch of its Page Experience algorithm update, which will see the Core Web Vitals become ranking signals, to mid-June.

Originally scheduled to launch in May, Google’s updated timeframe for the Page Experience update gives site owners at least another month to prepare.

Google says in a blog post that the Page Experience update will start rolling out in mid-June, but will not play its full role in search rankings until the end of August.

Roku recently added three new products to its lineup: the Roku Express 4K+, Roku Voice Remote Pro and Roku Streambar Pro. The remote is currently available for purchase, while the Express 4K+ and Streambar Pro are available for pre-order and expected to ship in May.
